Our Policies

* We offer a guarantee of our services (not apply for regular nails polish) within 3 days. Repair must be done with the original color of the services. Customers have to prove the date of original service(s).
* For your convenience, please inform our staff if you have any special needs, medical problems or allergies that may affect your service.
* We reserve the right to take the next customer if you arrive 10 minutes late. You will be able to wait for the next available nail technician.
* Prices subject to change without notice.
* Keep all belongings with you. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.
* For the safety of all of our customers, we require that children sit with their parents while in the salon. We are NOT responsible for any injuries that may cause.
* Gratuities are accepted and greatly appreciated in Cash.
* NO refunds and NO exchanges will be given for all services.
* Due to Fraudulent credit card activity experienced, we prefer CASH payments for Gift Cards purchases.
* We are NOT responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen gift card. All gift card(s) should be treated like cash. It is NOT redeemable or refundable for cash or credit. Gift card(s) MUST be presented at time of service. NO PICTURE of gift cards is acceptable.
* We do NOT accept checks.
* We are NOT responsible for any Cut, Bleeding, Swollen or Infection that might happen due to cutting the side of your toes nails(ingrown toes nails).
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
